Terms and Conditions photoshoot or workshop in America

~ The client will receive the booked amount of photos, digital through email.
~ The client has no rights on receiving any more photos then paid for with the booking. The client is allowed to order extra photos.
~ The client will receive 2 edited previews a few days after the photoshoot. The client is able to choose the remaining booked photos themselfes.
~ The client will receive all good photos with a watermark and unedited to choose their favorite photos. The client must not use these photos for any other reason.

~ The client must pay a 25% deposit to secure their spot in the agenda. This must be paid online through my website, before the 1st of January 2022.
~ The client must pay the other 75% on the day of the photoshoot through my website or cash.

~ The photoshoot will happen on the date and time that was agreed on with the client with 3 exceptions:
~ The photoshoot date and time will change if it is raining. In consultation with the client we will reschedule the photoshoot if possible.
~ The photoshoot date and time will change if the client became ill. In consultation with the client we will reschedule the photoshoot if possible.
~ The photoshoot date and time will change if there is a unexpected accident or death in the family of the client. In consultation with the client we will reschedule the photoshoot if possible.

~ The 25% deposit is unrefunable with 3 exceptions: 
~ The client will receive a 50% refund of the deposit if it is raining at the time of the photoshoot and there is no other time to reschedule the photoshoot to.
~ The client will receive a 50% refund of the deposit if the client's horse has died or has really serious injuries and because of this, can not model during a photoshoot. 
~ The client will receive a 100% refund of the deposit if Emma Emerelle can not be present at the date and time of the photoshoot.

 

 

Terms and conditions Photo weekend the Netherlands

Emma Emerelle and Mandy Roeting Fotografie are in no way responsible for any accidents or physical damage to humans and animals. Emma Emerelle and Mandy Roeting Fotografie are also not responsible for material damage.

  • The customer will receive an invoice with the paid amount after booking the trip. If the amount is not paid within the valid time limits, Emma Emerelle and Mandy Roeting Fotografie are free to cancel the booking and free the place. 
  • The deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid after Emma Emerelle and Mandy Roeting Fotografie send you an email with the confirmation that you can come.
  • The 75% of the full amount must be paid by the following schedule

25% by the end of February

50% by the end of July

  • If the agreement is received within 6 weeks before the start of the phototrip, the entire amount must be paid immediately.
  • In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded until the free place is filled up.
  • In case of cancellation by the client 1 month or less before the trip, the full amount will not be refunded.
  • In case of bad weather forecast the trip will still take place. There are enough moments to reschedule.
  • The client is fully responsible for any needed valid passports.
  • The client is fully responsible for any wanted travel insurance.
  • The client is fully responsible for booking their own transfer to and from Amsterdam Schiphol. We will be able to pick you up from the airport Schiphol.
  • The client is not allowed to send through, screenshot and publish any given workshop files. 
  • The photos taken during the photo trip are owned by the attendee. The attendee is allowed to do use these photos for their portfolio. If the photos will be used for anything else then their portfolio, they must ask permission from Emma Emerelle or Mandy Roeting Fotografie.
  • Emma Emerelle and Mandy Roeting Fotografie are allowed to use the attendees photos for their own promotional purposes.
  • In case of dissatisfaction the client will not get a refund. The client can send a complaint until 14 days after the phototrip. Emma Emerelle and Mandy Roeting Fotografie will see what they can do for the client. 
  • Emma Emerelle or Mandy Roeting Fotografie will under no circumstances provide personal information or data (email, phone, etc) to third parties or make them public.
