Emma Emerelle is in no way responsible for any accidents or physical damage to humans and animals. Emma Emerelle is also not responsible for material damage.

• The customer will receive an invoice with the paid amount after booking the trip. If the amount is not paid within the valid time limits, Emma Emerelle is free to cancel the booking and free the place. 
• The deposit of 25% of the total amount must be paid after Emma Emerelle send you an email with the confirmation that you can come.
• The 75% of the full amount must be paid by the following schedule

75% atleast 1 month before start of the tour

• If the agreement is received within 6 weeks before the start of the phototrip, the entire amount must be paid immediately.
• In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit will not be refunded until the free place is filled up.
• In case of cancellation by the client 1 month or less before the trip, the full amount will not be refunded.
• In case of bad weather forecast the trip will still take place. There are enough moments to reschedule.
• The client is fully responsible for any needed valid passports.
• The client is fully responsible for any wanted travel insurance.
• The client is fully responsible for booking their own transfer to and from airport of destination. We will be able to pick you up from the airport.
• The client is not allowed to send through, screenshot and publish any given workshop files. 
• The photos taken during the photo trip are owned by the attendee. The attendee is allowed to do use these photos for their portfolio. If the photos will be used for anything else then their portfolio, they must ask permission from Emma Emerelle.
• Emma Emerelle is allowed to use the attendees photos for their own promotional purposes.
• In case of dissatisfaction the client will not get a refund. The client can send a complaint until 14 days after the phototrip. Emma Emerelle will see what they can do for the client. 
• Emma Emerelle will under no circumstances provide personal information or data (email, phone, etc) to third parties or make them public.
